Use of our Online Shop

We cannot sell alcoholic products to anyone under 18. By using this website shop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and of legal drinking age in your country of residence. For this reason, we may refuse an order at our discretion and orders may not be transferred from the customer to any other person. You, the buyer, shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided in your order and we will not be obliged to accept an order if all details required are not fully captured.

Payment Methods

We accept Debit Card and Credit Card transactions through PayPal and Opayo. The Cards we accept are Mastercard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Solo / Switch / Maestro. The goods will not be delivered until the customer’s funds that have been paid have cleared in full.

Returns and Refunds

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, that you wish to return your purchase. You then have a further 14 days in which to return it to us.

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.
